This project was launched in Fall of 2015 and construction is already on the way. Response to the launch was tremendous. Prices start at $256,000 and for the first-time home buyers there are limited suites available for 5% down payment payable over time.

Lighthouse Tower will be a 45-storey tower, designed by noted architects Giannone Petricone Associates. They have designed the building exterior to feature wide expanses of masonry and glass, reminiscent of the early 20th century heritage that defined Toronto’s waterfront in the past, including the nearby Redpath Sugar Refinery.  Occupancies are starting in the fall of 2019. With 534 suites, the variety of floor plans offered will make it possible for you to find the perfect suite for your clients.
 

Suites range in size from a studio that is 349 square feet to a 792 square foot two bedroom on the south west corner, which can also be combined with a one bedroom south facing suite to create a 1,220 square foot suite with incredible lake and city vistas.

There will also be Gallery suites from the 40th to 43rd floor with only six suites per floor. Ceiling heights will be 10 feet on these floors, and sizes will range from 907 square feet to 1,689 square feet. And the top two floors will be our Penthouse levels with 11 foot ceilings, luxurious finishes and suite sizes from 1,475 to 2,394 square feet. And of course the views from these suites, in every direction, will be unbelievable.
 
Suites at Lighthouse Tower start from just $256,000 to over $1,000,000.

 
A lot of thought has been put into designing the perfect exclusive-to-residents amenities that will be steeped in the Arts and Culture of this City.
