Remembering

The month of November we remember our fallen and living heroes who fought for our freedom. By remembering their service and their sacrifice, we recognize the tradition of freedom these men and women fought to preserve. They truly believed that "Without freedom there can be no ensuring peace and without peace no enduring freedom."

Gratitude though is an attitude that is contagious!

As we remember this day, we should be thinking of ways on how to give back to our community. In our case, we give a portion of our income to CHMA so if you know someone who’s  still looking for a new home here’s where you and I can HELP!

HAVING PEACE OF MIND AND GETTING TOP DOLLAR FOR YOUR HOME. EXPERIENCE COUNTS!

In my experience with Real Estate, I can assure you that my team can provide with an excellent service. Exceeding clients expectations is one of our goals and we strive for that. There’s nothing more joyful than seeing our client satisfied and happy.

OUR GUARANTEE to you, your friends and family—

There is some risk on my part to make such an incredible guarantee, but we are selling just about every home we list for the market value price, sometimes even more, so there is no reason for area home owners, your friends and family, to fret about selling right now.

This is where you come in…  If you or anyone you know is considering making a move, we would like to offer them a FREE No Obligation to Sell Consultation to discuss just how they can make their move, get what they want and do it with the least hassle.

Just like we are thankful for you and your business, I am confident your referrals will be thanking you for steering them in the right direction on getting their home sold!!!

Positive Mind - Journey to Recovery

Youth Homelessness is a growing concern and prevention is important to reducing future adult homelessness.

A 17-year-old male, we’ll call him Derrick, was on the verge of becoming homeless or incarcerated due to his family’s concerns with his addiction and mental health. His family had become fearful around him because of unpredictable and violent behaviour due to several incidents in the household.

The family disclosed this to their Ontario Works Worker, who in turned referred the matter to CMHA Peel Dufferin’s Outreach team. Derrick was open to meeting with a worker, and though there were a few bumps on the road, over time he developed some insight to his challenges. He is now seeing his psychiatrist as part of his care, sees his medication as a part of his recovery, and is living successfully in the family home.
